I’m wishing I had started this blog years ago, like when I first entered training, as a freshly baked, barely hatched, MD.  Nay, I wish I would have thought of it as a naive idealistic nervous medical student.

But I didn’t.

So, I bring to you a retrospective analysis of my life as a doctor.
